Instructions for use:  Above herbs should be taken as tonics.  Select one herb and drink as an infusion 1-2 times weekly.  Alternatively, a different may be used each week as well.

Fertility

The infusion form of Red Clover flower, Red Raspberry and Nettle promote women’s fertility.  Other healthy herbs which can also help include Skullcap, Licorice Root, Watercress and Lady’s Mantle.

Instructions for use:  To be taken daily

Pregnancy

Red Raspberry, taken as an infusion, will prepare the uterus for child birth and can alleviate morning sickness.

Nettle is a healthy herb which eases muscle spasms, hemorrhage, haemorrhoids and prevents varicose veins.

Seaweeds provide the calcium requirement needed during pregnancy.

Birth

Frozen chips of Red Raspberry infusion will tone the uterus and make it function properly during birth.

Overall Health

Ginseng is a good tonic herb to ease stress, pump up energy, improve blood circulation and promote healthy mental health.

Damiana calms the body, soothes the mind and helps to balance the hormonal levels in women.
