“A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H…”  Nope, we’re not going through the alphabet as we know it. The letters actually refer to ladies’ brassier sizes.  In fact, the bra chart goes beyond these to cater to bigger sizes, but we’ll not get into that.

The subject of our discussion revolves around women’s desire to enhance their breast size.   For some ladies, the bigger, the better.  But not everyone has the money or the guts to go through plastic surgery.  This is why padded bras and those with “cookies” or removable pads have been the quick solution for most women.

Though breast enlargement products are available today, its safety and efficacy remain in doubt.  But what about nature?  Can certain herbs for health make your dream of bigger breasts a reality?  Below are some healthy herbs commonly used in natural breast enlargement pills.

Hops

  • Used for sedation, insomnia and anxiety
  • Causes drowsiness
  • Influences the metabolism of prescribed drugs  in the liver

Pueraria mirifica

  • Contains miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol which have estrogen-like effects on the body
  • Not recommended for pregnant women

Saw Palmetto

  • Used to remedy urinary symptoms caused by  benign prostate hypertrophy in men
  • Slows down blood clotting
  • Not to be used by pregnant women
  • No evidence supports breast enlargement effect by this herb

Wild Yam

  • Used to alleviate menopausal symptoms and premenstrual syndrome
  • Contains several plant-derived estrogens
  • Not to be used by pregnant women
  • It’s unknown how this could make breasts bigger

Bovine Ovary Extract

  • No established study to support claim for enhancing breast size

These are just some of possible healthy herbs that might do the trick.  Why some of these ingredients are even used in the pills, I don’t know.  But it’s up to you to decide the next steps to take.   Hopefully, you will find something out there that really works.
